My Two Year Old Has a Cow's Milk and Soy Allergy

We've recently made the discovery that my son has a cow's milk allergy by journaling his food for about a month, then doing a blood test. (He LOVES milk, cheese, ice cream, etc...) So, I stocked up on soy products. He adjusted well for about a week and a half until the severe rash and diarreah came back. Now we know he's also allergic to soy! I just spent three hours at a whole food store trying to find foods he can eat. (FYI- they have a helpful list of dairy free foods that they carry, unfortunately most of the items contain soy). ...

"Diaper Rash Cream Is Supposed to Hurt."

"Diaper rash cream is supposed to hurt." Those are the exact words from my dad.. . . Is this true???? I don't believe it, but my dad is adamant about it. My son is the point of needing to get a prescription for his diaper rash. I currently using Boudreaux's Butt Paste and it's not working. I have tried all the "natural" ways including baking soda bath, let it air out, Vaseline, chamomile tea in bath. A Cold or Allergies??

So we're onto day 2, and what I thought was just a few sneezes has turned into a consistant sneeze, and really weird full diapers. Yesterday my son (17 months) started sneezing, which I thought seemed like cold symptoms, but he's acting completely fine. He is a bit more whiney, but I assume that's normal too. But the weirdest thing is the diapers - yesterday I changed like 5 diapers that were completely wet, but also had bits of poop in them. They also smelled extremely disgusting.
