How to Cut Corners on Monthly Expenses

I would love to stay home but need to cut corners, except for using coupons on food what are some other ways you have cut corners on bills and other monthly expenses. We rent and have credit card debt and I have two infants (3 week old twins). Any ideas.

Advice for Sizes in a Children Store

I want to open a children store reselling brands such as carters, oshkosh, little me, etc. The store would be in Colombia so I dont worry for the competition but I really have no Idea how to buy like how many of each size, diversity etc. My store will be from newborns to 24 months. I also want to include small accessories like bottles, breastfeeding stuff and small toys.

10 Week Old Won't Sleep More than 3 Hours at Night

The title says it all. Between pregnancy and this baby, it's been since January that I've not slept for any stretch of time! Here's a general schedule: -- 7PM falls asleep on his own; wakes at 7:30 to eat, then we swaddle him, give him a pacifier (which he loses after 5 minutes); then we let him cry 5-10 minutes and he goes to sleep by 8:00 -- wakes up at 10 or 11, I feed to "top him off", back to sleep, swaddled with paci -- wakes at 2:00, from 2-3 is a battle of putting paci in and he sleeps for 5 minutes, then drops it and screams. ...

Sam's Club or Costco???

I have been going to Costco forever which I love their products and especially their return policy, but now I live at the area that Sam's Club is closer than Costco... Mostly I heard that Sam's Club and Costco are pretty much the same... Now My questions to all the fellow moms that what do you think of each of them, which one do you like and what do you like about them??? Thanks for the help. ^_^
