I have a birthday party for my little girl in june she will be one and i am thing of having a strawberry shortcake theme for her. I was alos think that i should have a water slide and a little pool for the younger kids the only thing is i dont know if mom would let there kisd get wet i thnik if i put it in the invite. It should be no big deal what do you think.
My oldest son's birthday is in June. We always had a bbq/pool party for him. The other parents loved the idea because they didn't have to chase their little ones around. Patti
hello, most parents like knowing when there are opportunities for little ones to get wet, or things of that type. putting it on the invitation is a great idea. have fun and happy birthday little one!!!!!!!!
I would maybe put on the invite that it's kind of a pool party, but for the kids not the adults. If it's in the summer, I'm sure no one will mind getting wet. You could put on the invite, "bring change of clothes, there will be a kiddie pool with slide!". That might a good idea to do.

I would definitely mention it in the invite to bring your suits or something to that nature that way people are not caught off gaurd. It sounds like a lot of fun and I'm sure the little ones will love it. Better to be prepared though and give the heads up I think.
just let the moms know to bring water play stuff and try to last provude thing to dry off with and set up the pool in the moring of the party so the water has a chance to warm up i know this all too well my son is a june baby too
