Who Wants to Go on a Diet Together?

Ladies. Ok I start out good but then I start slacking off. Who want to go on a diet with me? I am exercising about 2-3 hours a week. I am 5ft 7 in and 145 lbs. I would like to loose 10 lbs. I think I would do better if I had some women dieting along with me..any takers?

So What Happened?

Ok cool we have 5 interested people. Please email me at ____@____.com and we will get started. I am thinking we will each exercise every day min 30 min. Eat smaller portions. drink more water. have some extra veggies with our meals instead of chilps..or that zero calorie soup.
Lets start on Sunday or Monday..the start of a new week.

I have a coworker who did the buddy diet. They would have a food/exercise diary. And they talked every day or so and said how they FELT they did. That seemed to make the different with her. Having someone she was accountable to and focusing on how she felt she did versus counting calories, looking at the scale, etc.

I would love to join you, and am working on upping my activity, but can't truly diet while breastfeeding.

I would love to diet with other women because I just cannot motivate myself. Do you know of any websites that we could track our weight, food intake, calories burned, etc?

You seem like at a good weight but I am willing to give it a try. I never know HOW to loose weight. I LOVE food. I dont care what I eat, I like to exercise but since the baby, I literally dont have the time (or want) to do it. I have a treadmill that I want to use to lose weight. what kind of time frame do you think we could lose the weight in? I too want to shed 10lbs. I am 5 foot and just stepped on the scale (after diiner I might add) and came in at 131. Would like to be back to pre baby weight of 115 but I can live with the 120, I would like to get this done before Xmas. Any suggestions that dont involve starving myself would be nice. I was thinking of that zero calorie soup to eat with each meal so I eat less junk (like chips)

I sure wanna lose the weight I gained BACK when my MIL died.
Just before she died I had lost 60lbs. I have gained 50 back in the 3 years since her death. It has been really hard to get motivated.

There is a website that was a food diary that i used to use but i cannot remember the name of it... If I remember I will post it. I basically kept track of calories, tried to do lean meat, whole grain and more veggies and I exercised every day.

I also talked to people on the weight loss boards for WebMD ... there were some great ppl there
