There is a new Bible study coming out based off the book Love and Respect created by the author of love and respect. Since it is just now coming out I have obviously not actually used it, but I did read the original book and it was fabulous!!!

Good for you guys for doing that together!

Hi wide eye girl, There are many scriptures in the Bible that pertain to marriage, for me I studied out the Proverbs 31 woman which is basically the wife of noble character and I love it, My husband and I have been married for 30 years, and a couple years ago we did the "Fire Proof" book together, it was great, God calls the men to treat their wives a certain way and the wives to treat their husbands a certain way so certain scriptures pertain to the husband and others to the wives, and of course some pertain to both.
Matthew 22:30, 24:38, Romans 7:2, and Hebrews 13:4 all pertain to marriage
Deuteronmy 24:5, Ezra 10:10, proverbs 30:23, Mathew 1:18, Mark 12:23, 1 Corernthians 7:27, 7:33, 7:36 All pertain to married
There's mre that pertains to husbands and to wives but I don't want to overwhelm you, Most couples study out what they need to work on in their marriage, their weaknesses, I man that's what we do and it works for us. I hope this helps you, feel free to send me a personal message and I can help you furthure. J.

The One Year Book of Devotions for Couples By David and Teresa Ferguson. My husband and I started this on Jan 1, its really good. The 52 weeks are divided into 52 topics. There is a short story, bible verse, prayer and question to make the couples think. One day my husband broke down and cried, said he needed to change the way he was addressing our son. I haven't seen him cry in the 4+ years I've known him! So anyway, check it out. Good luck!!!

I love my New Living Translation Bible (Large Print version). The best practical Bible Study for couples book my husband and I ever worked on was the LOVE DARE Book taken from the movie Fireproof. It is a 30 day exercise in loving each other and a great way to get reconnected to God and each other.
