When I was out on maternity leave, someone brought chicken parmesean. It was good comfort food, and I thought it was fussy, but when I got the recipe, it was easy. It used shake and bake Chicken Parmesean mix. You bake chicken tenders per instructions, cook pasta (angel hair is sometimes different from regular spagetti. In a large throw away baking dish, layer chicken, cover with spagetti sauce and Italian blend cheese. Bake until the cheese has melted. Take Pasta in one dish, chicken in another, throw a bag salad and dressing together, bread sticks, cream puffs for dessert, and something to drink. I was given paper plates, napkins, utensils, everything, so that when the meal was over, there were no dishes to do or return.
Other meals I enjoyed were Chicken and rice, a good pot roast with potatoes, Tortellini with a salad, and Taco Soup.
