My family and I are looking for a house for lease in the Keller High / Keller Middle School district. We really need to stay in the Keller High area for the kids schools and my 8th grader's pre-AP HS credit classes. We need at least a 3 bedroom for around $1200. We would like a separate dining area. We want to start leasing November 1st. Does anyone have any suggestions? We have a real estate friend, but she is only showing 3 houses.
We are still looking, because of our move-in date and wanting to keep the kids in the same schools. Craig's List is helping.

We were the first people to contact, they never put up a "FOR RENT" sign nor listed it with a realtor, so we wouldn't have found it otherwise! Others were interested, but since I was first, we got it! It's just what we needed. Thank you! Thank you!
Call Melanie James at ###-###-#### & tell her J. referred you. She is a realtor & her services cost you nothing! There is a scam out there now with people on Craig's List etc posing as leasing agents. They take cash only for a deposit & you get nothing and are out your deposit.
I own several rentals and while none are in that area I usually post my houses for lease on craigslist. Many owners do not want to work with a realtor because they charge a big fee up front to the landlord so you may be best off doing the leg work yourself.
Might try looking on Craigslist. Also, if you are flexible on school districts, but like the area, we have a home for rent in Harriet Creek, which is the neighborhood right across the street from the Northwest school area. It's immaculate, a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, separate dining room, 2-car garage and fenced yard. The rent is $1050 and includes a membership to two community pools.
