Does anyone in the Milwaukee area know of a good place for prenatal water aerobics. I've been searching around with little luck. Please let me know! Thanks!

I noticed in the latest Milwaukee Rec. Dept flyer (that was delived this weekend) there was a prenatal water aerobic class listed at one of the area high schools (in the Milwaukee area).

I really enjoyed the Wisconsin Athletic Center (WAC)water aerobics. It's mostly elderly people, but the pace is nice and it really helped the back pain.

check the milwaukee public schools rec. dept. they have a pre-natal water aerobics class and it is wonderful
I know for sure Westwood in Pewaukee offers prenatal water exercise classes and you don't have to join the health club to take them. At one time, the Y in Waukesha did, too. I also would check Wisconsin Athletic Club in Tosa. They used to. Hope you find one. ~~W.
