Pregnancy, Same Symptoms?

I'm wondering for example if you're pregnant more than once & have the "same" symptoms with one like you did the last pregnancy, does that mean the baby is the same sex as the previous child? Or can you have all the same symptoms and it be a different sex?

What can I do next?

I was always told that high HCG levels are a higher probability to be a girl. I had very high HCG levels and awful mornng sickness in both pregnancies. I had girls both times. My morning sickness was far worse with the second lasting about 4 weeks longer. Not to say moms of boys don't have morning sickness, but I often wonder if it worse with girl babies? That's all I know.

I had two boys. My first pregnancy, I was horribly sick for 6 months, and had a lot of kidney problems. With my second, I had almost no morning sickness and felt pretty good. But for the last 2 months with my second, I had horrible heart burn!

Two totally different pregnancies, but they were both boys!

Well sitting here pregnant with number 5 I have to say that my symptoms have been similar but very different with each of them. And I only have 1 girl. Even with my boys while the symptoms were similar, things like swelling and morning sickness ect. timing and triggers and duration of each was different.

I have two children and symptoms were pretty much the same with both and morning sickness A LOT!!! Different food cravings but nothing too drastic with either one. I trusted my heart and instincts as to what I was carrying and both times were right! People would say I was nuts and warning me not to be disappointed if it turned out the other way. First of all, I wouldn't have been disappointed either way; I would take whatever God was giving me!!!! Secondly, my body was right!! By the way - I had a boy first and then a girl!! Good luck!!

My first was a girl, I blew up, my appetite was out of this world & never got morning sickness.. I did get acid reflux but it wasn't like an every night kind of thing.. Fast forward to baby #2 (a boy), I felt him WAY sooner, he's way stronger, I have only gained 22 lbs the entire pregnancy, my appetite has been the same as before I was pregnant (just a stronger preference for different foods) and my acid reflux is so out of control that I'm on every med they can throw at me.. I'm carrying him SO differently than I did my little girl and everyone I've talked to said there was a huge difference between boys a girls.. but who knows it may just be an every pregnancy kind of thing too..

I have four kids. Two boys, two girls. Mostly same symptoms, mostly carried the same way. I don't think you can determine the sex based on symptoms; too many other variables. Congrats!

With my son I had NO symptoms at all, I breezed through. He was a premie with other issues but easy pregnancy up til then. And my biggest craving was frosting lol. Now with my daughter I was sick from day one until around 18 weeks, still get sick from time to time. I get awful heartburn, my feet swell, I get dizzy and am super tired. And the one food I crave tacos give me massive heartburn :( how sad....But I have friends who had easy pregnancies each time and had both girls and boys.

3 Kids..... The first two were girls. had high blood pressure and really no morning sickness. The 3rd a boy. Morning sickness for the first 3 months but had no high blood pressure. Kinda strange if you ask me. :)

I've had 3 girls - each very different in everything from morning sickness - 1 sick for 6 months, 1 sick for 9 months and on in home IVs and my last a few months. I carried very differently - low to high. Cravings different, the only thing similar was my weight gain :-)
