hi dear,
best way of teaching is by doing it . when ever you use the bathroom take your kid in to the bathroom with the little toilet and if he or she use it like you do give her a one M&m the color she like remember only one .and if you have a boy send him in the bathroom with dad ,you don't need D.V.D.
old fashion way is the best.

I second "Once Upon a Potty". Used them for my girls AND my boy. . Also used "It's Potty Time". Checked them out of the library.

Enjoy this fun stage!

The only one we have is Go Potty Go. I don't know how much it has helped, but during our training process (still doing it, but seem to be nearing the end!) there have been days when we watched it atleast 5 times in a row. I know all the songs by heart.......LOL!

My daughter loved Potty Power- she was riveted (it's very hokey) and watched it several times, then the next day she peed on the potty for the first time! We're not hard core potty training but she totally learned the concept from the video. She's almost 2 1/2.

A dvd called " Its Potty Time" You can order it online, do a google search. It helped my daughter at 2 and now my son, 2yrs is catching on by watching the dvd. He sings along to the songs and has more of an interest in using the big boy potty since he began watching the dvd.

I used the "3 Day Potting Training" by Lori Jensen. My son was trained pee & poop (and nights) in two days. It worked GREAT! It's an ebook and it looks like some other moms said they can forward it to you (I don't have it on my computer anymore). Good luck!

Potty Power! It is the best and my kids loved it. Best of all it is not annoying for us, the parents. :)
