As I sit here I just have this weird feeling with my nipples.. They are like an annoying feeling kinda tingling I guess. Its hard to explain. Just annoyed by them though. Is it possible that I am pregnant? It has been 4 years since my last and I dont remeber the symptoms.

What can I do next?

Two negatives and a period the next day after unprotected sex. You are definately not pregnant. You already ovulated about 2 weeks earlier.

Sarah, you haven't given enough information about your cycles. All this really tells is that you don't know your body very well. If you truely started your period the next day then it's really very unlikely that you could be pregnant. Most women ovulate 12-14 days before they start their period. It takes a fertilized egg 6-10 days to travel to the uterus for implantation. If your period started before that occured then you would shed your lining (have a period) and never know if a pregnancy occured or not.

My question for you is do you know for sure that you started a real period? If it was just spotting and nothing else then it could have been break through bleeding, which can occur around the time of ovulation. If this is the case and it's not a period then you would need to wait about 14 days to take a pregnancy test to see if you did indeed achieve a pregnancy.

If it was your period then I highly recommend you go to a website called www.fertilityfriend.com and start charting. On this web site you can educate yourself about how your monthly cycles work too. I'm a nurse and I taught classes on natural family planning for 8 years - I'd also be happy to answer any questions you have! :)

No, you cant be pregnant if you had a normal period. If you miss the next period then take a pregnancy test.

No! If you got your period you should be good! Why do you think you are not?

A cycle is usually 28 days and you fertilize around day 14-16.

I would encourage you to track your cycles if you don't already and get on some good birth control if you do not want to get pregnant! There are some great options out there! Be planful and have a baby when you are planned and ready!

If you had your period and two negative tests, I guess I wonder why you think you are now pregnant.... We need more info... How long ago was the period you mention? Have you had sex since that period?

If you've had sex--protected or otherwise--since the period you mention in your post, it's possible you are now pregnant. Since no method of BC is 100%, you could have gotten pregnant from a "protected" act of intercourse. The "unprotected" act might have nothing to do with it. Are you now late for your next period?

[In the future, if you have unprotected sex or have reason to believe that your contraception failed, you can go to any pharmancy and ask for "Plan B", which is also called the "morning after pill". You do *not* need a prescription in MN. It runs around $30; you might be able to get it less at women's clinics. It is NOT the same as the abortion pill. It is basically a large dose of birth control pills. It prevents ovulation and makes the uterus inhospitable. It must be taken within a day or two (don't remember the exact time, sorry) of the act of intercourse to be effective.]

It is highly unlikely that you're pregnant. You are fertile more towards the middle of your cycle--normal somewhere between days 13-18 if you have a somewhat normal cycle. If your period came the next day you had unprotected sex at the very end of your cycle and should have no concern. Good Luck!

Not likely. Most women are only able to get pregnant 2-3 days per month. And those days are about 14 days prior to getting your period. You were in the "safe" days.

If you got your period your not pregnant. However, some people have spotting or heavier bleeding when they are pregnant. I don't think it is the next day. It takes at least 2 weeks for a pregnancy test to show you are pregnant and they are more accurate after 4 weeks. My guess is you not pregnant but play it safe and lay off medications, drugs and alcohol and take another test once you reach to 4 week mark.

If you had your period so soon after you period, I would doubt you are pregnant.

I'm not sure how young you are, but I'm guessing pretty young... Please get on birth control so you do not have a child right away when you don't want one yet.

I would guess that you aren't pregnant. Having unprotected sex does not guarantee a pregnancy. If you want to be 100% positive, then you can go to the doctor, but if two tests say no and you have your period, I would be shocked if you were.

Women are typically only fertile for 2 to 4 days a month. And after your fertile phase comes the luetenal?(sp.) phase, which should last for 10 to 15 days. So, it is not possible to get pregnant if you had your period the day or even 2 or 3 days after you had sex.

Read the book, "Taking Charge of Your Fertility." It's very informative for helping people get pregnant or prevent pregnancy WITHOUT using artificial birth control. It's a good read for any woman in her child bearing years.

no, just because you have unprotected sex once doesn't make you pregnate.

I would say you are not pregnant, if you got your period the next day you were not ovulating when you had unprotected sex, meaning you can't get pregnant. Plus that at home tests are very accurate according to my Dr.
