Looking for New Childcare in Allen Area

I am being proactive in looking for a new chilcare situation for my 5 1/2 month old son. He is currently enrolled in an in-home daycare, but our provider is getting married soon and my husband and I think she will choose to quit the service. Even if she continues, we would be willing to make a change. Can anyone suggest childcare in the Allen/Fairview area (around Stacy or Exchange) that is affordable? Any experiences, good or bad, would be helpful. Thanks in advance.

My name is C. and I am a stay at home mom (37yrs. old)very active and involved with my 2 boys (5&7) and step daughter turning 5 this month. All kids are in school. We live in Frisco (in between Coit and Hillcrest) maybe too far for you but thought I'd let you know I take care of a 3yr. old girl approx. 4 days a week 10:00-2:30 and would love to have another to care for... I was a nanny in college and a nanny when pregnant with 1st. born, so I prefer to being a nanny rather then having a house full. I take my boys to school and pick up at 3:00pm and I'm available if you would like to talk more... ###-###-####

Hi A.,

I live in McKinney very close to 121 and Lake Forest. I'm just a few mins away from the Exchange/Stacy area. I have an in-home day care and would love to have your son join us. I have a daughter that is 2 1/2 yrs old and I am currently taking care of a 20mo boy, 22mo boy, and an 11 week old little girl.
I've been watching children in my home since March 05 and worked in a day care center for 10 months before that. I have worked with children many years before my daughter was born.
I am listed with the state to provide in-home care and I am infant/adult CPR and first aid certified. Let me know if you are interested. I would love to have you over to see our playroom and get to know me better.
Call or email me. ____@____.com

Hi A.,

After working 11 years at my children's daycare, I've decided to stay at home with my youngest two and would love to keep a couple more babies with them. We live off of 121 and Lake Forest in a peaceful neighborhood. I am CPR and first aid certified and could offer many referals upon request. I love children, I have 4 of my own, and I would treat yours as they were also. They would get extra love and affection that is not offered at bigger facilities. I plan on only taking in maximum of two children, so that I can give more individual care. Please let me know if this sounds like that you are looking for and then maybe we can get together so you guys can meet me and I can answer any questions you may have. Also, I am willing to be very fair and flexible with pricing. (I know how hard it is to pay for expensive childcare). Hopefully I'll talk to you soon. Have a great day!

Thanks,

A. J.
