Looking for a Home Daycare in Plano, Frisco, or Mckinney

I have to return to work soon. I need to find a low ratio home daycare or even regular daycare that is low ratio and must be licensed.
I am so paranoid about leaving my kids with anyone! I have been home with them for a year now and as a singel mom I can no longer live off the money I make on ebay. My son got the flu at 5 weeks old and spent 5 days in the hospital. My daughter had more than likely brought it home from daycare. I pulled her out immediately and have managed to make ends meet. This is why I am looking for someone who is low ratio.
Any moms out there that can recommend their provider or know someone who they trust please let me know. I appreciate any help here because I am scared and so apprehensive!!!!
I live in north/west Plano but am willing to drive a bit for the right provider, piece of mind is well worth it!!!
Thanks so much in advance!!!
S.

Fredes is highly recommended. I was diligently searching for the "right" caregiver for my 4-month old (at the time) son. After being disappointed by the conditions of the numerous licensed and/or registered home daycares my husband and I visted, we found a jewel in East Plano. Please visit her website -

Good luck in searching for a trusted provider!

Hi S.,
I concur with Ashley about Melissa's home daycare in McKinney. I interviewed two other providers in the area and she was the best. She keeps her home very clean and I like that her numbers are low. Melissa is very flexibile and patient, too. You can't go wrong with her. Feel free to contact me if you have additional questions. By the way, I did find Melissa on mamasource as well. She has kept my daughter since she was 3 months old and she is now almost 17 months old!!

Hi S.,

I have an opening in my home day care. Right now I take care of 2 children per day that are not my own plus I have my 2 children. I have room for yours. I choose to keep the numbers low so I can give attention to each one and work with them at their own age level. I am listed with the state and CPR and first aid certified. I do have refferals if needed. I live in McKinney just north of 121 at Stacy Rd. Not too far from Plano. Please email or call if you would like more information or to set up a time to come over and meet with me.
