Hormone Free Birth Control

I am married with 2 kids already and would still like to have the chance to have another in the future, so with that said I am wondering about Hormone free birth control. I am terrified of putting anything in my body that doesn't belong, either vaginally or orally. I am wondering what other moms have done. (Husband doesn't like condoms).
I was reading about Paraguard, but that even sounds invasive to me and frightning.

What can I do next?

Have you thought about Natural Family Planning? I can't use hormonal birth control, and I hate the idea of IUD's. You basically tell when you're fertile or not by taking your temperature every morning (there's more to it, but I'm not sure on all the details). My parents have used NFP for over thirty years and it's worked marvelously for them (obviously, since I only have two siblings). :P

You can get information on NFP from any Catholic parish (you don't have to be a member or even Catholic, for that matter). There is usually a married couple who teaches a small class about it, as well. I hope you find something that works for you. :)

You should check out the book "Taking Charge of Your Fertility" by Toni Weschler for the all natural approach to birth control. It goes into great detail about natural family planning.

I have heard NFP works great but I haven't tried it. The mini pill is hormone free. I used it when I was breast feeding my youngest without any problems.

I second the "Take charge of your fertility" book. Once you know what your body is saying it is second nature to know when you are fertile or not. It is the method we use as well. & even though neither of us like condoms it is not a big hassle to only use them the few days that I am fertile if the mood strikes.

Plus once you know your body's signs you will be able to know when your most fertile times are for when you do wish to have another child. And ever know if you ever have problems with your health you will be able to notice the signs & symtoms much quicker.

Best of all it is free.

The book "Taking Charge of Your Fertility" was and is a great resource for my husband and I. It really works and you get to know your body's signals very quickly. Knowing what my signs of fertility were, I was able to know when I began ovulating some months after I had my son. I didn't even need a period to tell me where I was in my cycle!
My husband doesn't like condoms either(really, who does?) but have them on hand "just in case" while you are learning your fertility signals.
