This is quite normal and usually happens when you are ovulating , and what is supposed to happen is it get's thicker when you are at prime conception time. A way of tracking when to get pregnant without the use of ovulation kits. If you have regular periods then you will notice that every month around 10-12 days after your period you get this discharge and then over the next 2-3 days it get's thicker and this is when you should be able to conceive. Some women (myself included) get some discomfort/cramping in the ovaries when I ovulate.

Anyway hope this helps

I know exactly what you are talking about. It can happen during ovulation. If you have PCOS I suggest using ovulation predictor tests. They helped me get pregnant after years of trying without success.

I had something like this when I miscarried. It was only white though. They did the blood work and I had been pregnant, unexpectedly.

I have no idea what it was. Do you cycle chart? If you don't already have it, get the book "Taking Charge of Your Fertility". It can be a great help in pinpointing ovulation, especially when ovulation is erratic due to PCOS or other medical abnormalities.

Good Luck:)
