So I'm 13 weeks pregnant, and I have 2 little girls, named Braelyn and LaWanda. We are hoping for a boy so he can be George Jr. BUT.. I know I have to think of girls names also. The middle name will be Kare'Lee after my grandmother who passed 10 years ago, her name was Karen Lee. Now, I do like some names that dong flow well with that as a middle, so I will either have 2 middle names or nix that. So, what are some cute names that flow with that? Or just some cute names???
What I like so far is..
Aneshia Kare'Lee
Autumn Kare'Lee
Kazsidy ????
That's all I got so far. I always loved Autumn, but I didn't chose those for my first 2 girls, who where born in fall.. And this will be a spring baby, will that be weird? And I always liked Cassidy, so I changed the C to a K, and added a Z, so she could be called Kaz and not Kass, since I have an aunt named Kass. And I just recently started to like Aneshia..
I don't like real popular names, my name is B., in school, and work.. There are millions of us walking around, so I like names that are kind of different. I know k have alot of time, but I like to think of these things early.. BTW, I'm kn my iPod, so sorry in advance if there's alot of typos.

What can I do next?

So What Happened?

I just wanteD to add Cordelia.. Me and my hubby watch y&r every day, and that's a little girls name on there. I never heard of it before there. Also from the show, I like Avery, but it's not a top contender.

Cassidy is not a popular name, so I would go with that one & use the traditional spelling.............i do not like Aneshia, way to different for my taste...........it's fun to be different but different has it's limits

Avery is my favorite! I also like Cordelia and autumn. Not weird to name a spring baby autumn. Aneshia is cute, but I really don't like completely made up spellings like kazsidy. I understand not wanting popular names but I've lived my whole life having to spell and pronounce my name and still hate it. Apostrophes in names are hard, maybe combine the names to make kalee/kaylee? If you're using a k middle name i'd stay away from Cordelia or Cassidy, too many k sounds. Congrats! My grandma just passed last year, her name was Karen Lee Emma :)

Name your baby something his or her teachers can easily spell and pronounce. I work at a school and can tell you your child will get better grades and be considered smarter.

I vote for Aneshia, since it seems to go best with the names you have already for your other daughters. I would NOT do Kazsidy - personally I am not a big fan of "yooneek" spellings of names, because then people assume the name is spelled the way it's normally spelled, and the child has the spend the rest of their life correcting them. It's one thing to have to spell your name for people because it's just one of those kind of names, but not because your parents decided to spell it different from everyone else. I am also not a fan of apostrophes, hyphens, etc.

Of the names you mentioned, I like Autumn the best. I think Cassidy (or even Kassidy) is a nice name, but I don't really like it with the Z. I think you could still call her Kaz even if you spell it without a Z in the full name. Plenty of nicknames have a letter switched (ex: Lucy for Lucille).

How would you pronounce Aneshia? When I first looked at it, I read it as "uh-NEE-shuh," but after a closer look, now I think it's "uh-NESH-ee-uh" How much will it bother you if people mispronounce it?

Congrats on the new baby.

You are too young to have seen a popular actress name Spring Byington on TV. I did not know her name was an official name. I thought she had made it up.
I don't like ordinary or very popular names. Out here in the west many girls are named Autumn. Depends on where you live. Cordelia is an old fashioned name and Harry Belafonte sings a song about Cordelia Brown.
I hear lots of names working in Europe that are never given to girls here. Manuela, Regula, to name a couple.
One more thing. If you have two of a kind the chances of the third one being of the same gender are 87%.

I like Autumn and I don't think it's weird that it's a spring baby...in fact it's probably better, it might be too cheesy if it were a fall baby.

I like Cassidy too, but I prefer a more traditional spelling than more of a modern spelling, but I understand not wanting to get confused with your aunt.

Kazsidy sounds similar to a bad word in Italian :-( (Kaz even more!). I am not a fan of really crazy names, so I should probably shut up, but if you want to be different why don't you research other culture's names? Some are really unique and sound beautiful. I like hawaian names, for example, I find them fascinating. I remember a girl named LIALAI (lee-ah-lie) she looked like a fairy...anyway, have fun and congrats!

I really like Cassidy.

What about Cassidy Lee as a nod to your grandma? You don't necessarily have to include Karen and Lee....and Cassidy KaréLee is a little cumbersome, in my opinion...
Congrats!

I like Cassidy and Autumn. I also like Malia or Maleah, Aubrey, Lola, Raley,..I will have to think of some more.

Names are a pretty personal thing. I too like different names. My boys have names that you don't hear every day and are easy to spell. I will say to proceed with caution on the alternative spellings.
