Getting Dried, Deep Down, Urine Out of a Couch Cushion

I had a full day of doctors and schedules. Daddy was home with the kiddos all day. So I also had an outing with some friends last night, and again he was wonderful to watch the kids. So I come home to him in bed, 2 year old on couch in the living room, sleeping. 5 year old on the other couch in the tv room, sleeping. The 1 year old in his bed with his clothes on and a dirty diaper.
I felt really angry. I didnt wake him up, cause I was not in the mood to argue. So I woke up 5 year old, put her to bed, and changed baby and re-put him to bed as well. I went to get 2 year old, and by then dad wakes up. See's and understands I am less than happy. Says go ahead to bed I will get D.
Ok, I take shower jump in bed. In that time dad apparently picks up 2 year old, but never indicates, tells, or CLEANS up the pee accident on my WHITE, expensive sitting couch. D had a pull up on in which he never changed and didnt change when he put her to bed. So in the morning not only was my couch dirty, her bed was soaked. I cleaned the bed, to come out for morning coffee and see and smell the yellow stain on my couch. I asked about it, he says he didnt realize she was so wet or that it leaked.
ANYWAY, I am not talking to him this morning, in fear of physical harm. Though I DO have a serious mess to clean. The pee has dried. Its in the cushion and on the bottom by the spring part. I have washed the spring area and it seems to have gotten clean, the cushion is gross. I have a floor cleaner, with an upholstery hose, will this get deep into the cushion? DO I take it some where warm and spray the thing with a hose? How do I get all the urine out of the middle part?

What can I do next?

You might need a professional. If you can take the cushion out of the fabric, I'd wash them separately and soak them both in something with an enzyme like Anti Icky Poo or Nature's Miracle. If the cover is not removable or you think you won't get it back on, try grape stomping it in the tub (I do this to the papasan cushion). You might also try oxyclean or better, if you can find it, oxyclean for babies.

All measures suggested are superficially only and any of them will work fine, if it is superficial. If it has soaked into the foam there is nothing you can do, other than replacing the cushion. If you have a removable cover you could clean the cover, get a foam piece cut to size at an upholstery store and it won't cost you an arm and a leg. If the cover isn't removable but the couch is valuable, you will need a professional to clean it.
That said try the surface cleaning first, it would have had to be an awful lot of pee to soak all the way into the foam, a little leakage is usually superficial.

Pour a bunch of Nature's Miracle or Anti-Icky Poo pet enzyme product on it. Don't just spray, since it has to go deep down. Let it dry, and if you need to, repeat.

Probably two treatments will take care of the smell. The stuff works.

Folex, suggested below, is great for stains. But not so good on smell.

Try Nature's miracle or another pet enzyme cleaner. just test it somewhere first to make sure it won't damage the cushion then soak it good.

Try Natures Miracle, but you will probably have to put new foam in the cushion. It is not too hard to clean the cover, but the foam itself is very hard to get all smell out of it.

Sounds like dad needs a diaper changing lesson. I would be furious also.
