I have a family reunion coming up in the beginning of June. We have to do a skit. Any, ideas? Something with children and adults. The children are under the age of eight. Anything would help. Thanks!
Do the kids watch American Idol? They could pick one of their favorite songs, dress up and put on a show. Some of the family members could be the judges. You could probably download some AI logos and print their names on them, just to make it look official. My girls are 5 & 3 and they love to dance and sing when we watch American Idol!!

I like the American Idol thing, that sounds fun or you could even do Dancing with the Stars too! Having kids tell jokes is funny too, I am sure you could find some funny stories/jokes on the internet as a script. The ones that are the best are the ones that involve acting something out or props, other than having them just stand there and read lines (it is often hard for everyone to hear if you have a big group). Hopefully you will have a microphone, and if you have time have the kids practice it at least once so they can get used to talking loud enough so people can hear them). Sounds like you have a fun family! I don't have anything specific but I know that people love to laugh at themselves. If you make one up that is true life circumstances it will probably go over big! You most likely have a family story that you could act out that everyone could relate to and I'm sure your children would love to perform! If I can think of something I'll try to respond again.
