Does anyone know if the 15 day weight loss cleanse and flush works and is safe? It is by Natures secret.

What can I do next?

It's like this: There is no magic bullet. There is no magic pill.

If you want to lose weight and be healthy, you need to eat right and exercise.
Remove white things from your diet - no pasta, rice, potato, or white bread.
Eat fish or chicken - eat just a small amount of red meat.
Drink water not soda.
Eat almonds not chips.

If you eat right and exercise, the weight will fall right off.

Sure, you'll lose weight.

You'll also lose vital, essential minerals, vitamins, and nutrients.

Your body will go into starvation survival mode, which will hamper your metabolism and make your brain think "holy cow, when is she going to feed me again? Never?!? Okay, then I am going to hold on to body fat and keep it in storage and slow down my metabolism. Oh yeah, and when she starts eating again, I'm going to be sure to start collecting pounds in case she pulls this again."

Skip cleanses. They're really not good for you.

Cleansing is a great part of a weight loss plan, but as M R said it is not a great suggestion when done on it's own. You need to have a program that is full of nutrition and is low in calories. My husband has been on the B-Slim program for two weeks now and has dropped from 181 pounds to 174! What makes this such a great system is that the nutrition is there and there are 5 products that target five different areas that are needed to lose weight in a healthy way. If you want more info on it just send me a message!

There is no magic pill, there is no company that won't take your money for a magic pill that will help you lose weight. If you eat fruits, veggies and meat 3 times a day and then have 2 small snacks and exercise 30 minutes a day 6 days a week you will have not wasted any money and will have lost weight and still have your metabolism in tact and you won't be hearing in a few years that whatever you consumed caused liver or kidney or heart injury. If you do it right it will also stay off. There is no quick fix, you probably didn't gain the weight in a week and it won't safely go away in a week.
