My daughter (2 yrs old) takes gymanstics at the Little Gym and LOVES it. It's structured for each age level and they are very good about telling you what they are going to do. Also, if you miss a class, you can make it up since they offer a several class times throughout the week.

For dance (ballet and tap) my daughter is in class "Dance With Cheri" # ###-###-#### (Cheri - forgot her last name). Good luck.

I would recommend Raising the barre Performing Arts and Dance studio in Frisco. Our daughter and son dance there and just love it. The have students from 2 1/2 to adult and the classes are small and the instructors are excellent!

WOGA has great classes if you would like to go that route. I think they are structure and more on the competitive angle. If you live in Frisco, Frisco Gymnastics has some great classes for smaller kids which seem to be more for fun.

I don't know about a good dance studio.

I do recommend WOGA is Plano. They seem to have good balanced classes as well as private classes.

My daughter takes private cheer/tumbling lessons there weekly.

Good luck

Hi N.! Power House of Dance recently opened a second location in Frisco, on Main Street just north of Pizza Hut Park. We are very well known in Dallas as the first location has been in business for over 14 years and we are best known for being the home of the Mavs Dancers, and have also worked with Radio Disney. We offer classes for 2 year olds up to adults in all forms of dance. Specifically for your daughter, we offer a class called Ballet Tap Jazz Tumble 3-5 yrs. old. The class is an hour long and we have options Mondays-Saturdays. If you are interested, please visit us online at www.powerhouseofdance.net or call ###-###-####.

Regardless of who you choose, make sure you can try or view a class prior to enrollment to make sure your daughter is getting proper training, technique, and the teacher is knowledgeable, loving, and has experience with your daughter's age group.

Best of luck!
