Bible Studies During the Day or a Saturday

First Evangelical Free Church in southwest Austin! www.fefc.org We have a fantastic Bible Study program for women with childcare provided at a nominal cost! This summer's session starts June 18 and is a Beth Moore study on, "When Godly People Do Ungodly Things." Our studies change by the semester, and we offer more than one per semester. We are a Bible believing church that is warm and friendly, dedicated to serving our community and eachother. I really hope she comes!

We have a great one at bannockburn on brodie and William cannon the spring one is ending soon but the summer one starts June 10th and they provide child care.

If she is in the Austin area, she could contact the North Austin Women's Connection (Christian Women's Club) that is sponsored by Stonecroft Ministries. She can contact Barbara at ____@____.com as she is the bible study coordinator. Many of their studies do have childcare available. Stonecroft also has a "Friendship Bible Coffee" department that can be reached at 1-800-525-8627.

Bethany Lutheran Church on Slaughter ln, Austin TX, is holding a women's bible study. A wonderful place to meet Godly women who love the Word. They provide free nursery. My 2 1/2 year old son go there with me, and he loves it. We're working on Beth Moore's work book on Psalms starting this Tuesday, May 6, and we'll be meeting every Tuesday.

BSF (Bible Study Fellowship) is the best, most thorough study of the Bible I have ever been to. They have morning and evening classes. They have classes for children too. They learn the exact same thing you are learing, but on their level. Other than that I think most churches have a womans Bible study in the mornings. I have the same problem with finding a night time study. I have been through all seven years of BSF,which I am considering going through again. I hope she finds something and that this helps.

Hello: I'm a member of the Oak Hill United Methodist Church. We have a couple of daytime bible women's study groups during the week and a new one forming. Check out the web site (just google "OHUMC in Oak Hill Texas"). They also provide day care on site at the church.

My church is going to have a women's group this summer June 18 - July 23rd or so. They promise no homework on this one. I think a lot of groups take breaks for the summer.

I'm not sure where your sister lives, but if it's in the south Austin area Bannockburn Baptist Church offers Bible study on Tuesday mornings 9:30-11:30 with childcare. There are three different studies offered this summer. There is also a Tuesday morning faithbooking class (scrapbooking & card making). The summer session begins June 3. During the school term, Bible Study Fellowship is held at Bannockburn. Children 2-K can attend BSF at that location.
