I am trying to find some great rated, highly recommended toys. I don't remember the various "rating" organizations that are out there...the ones that put their sticker on a product as being top rated. I was trying to look these up online and can't find anything. I love the quality toys that come in toy stores that are specialized...NOT Toys R Us....any toy ideas would be great..also please let me know that various toy rating organizations so I can look them up online....my kiddos are 3,5 and 9.

Thanks

See link above to our recent national award for the new Take Your Pix board book photo albums. They are perfect for toddlers and kids crafts, too.

You can check out our website at boardbookalbums.com .

Just an idea. We love them and they may even fit in a stocking... but surely under the tree.

Good luck with your search!

For your 3 year old, you might want to look at Melissa & Doug brand toys. They specialize in wooden toys that supposedly do not use lead-based paint. That is huge! If you are looking to buy wooden toys instead of plastic, you have to be really particular about the paint used (because with plastic, you won't have as many concerns about chipped paint).

Another option is Discovery Toys, www.discoverytoyslink.com/bschattle . The toys last forever and are high quality educational toys.

Kaleidoscope Toys in Round Rock is a nice small toy store. Last time I was there, I saw that they have a feature shelf of popular toys for this year.
