Does anyone know how to make 2 baby monitors work in one house without feedback? I have a Graco monitor and a Summer video monitor and they won't work together! I have 2 babies and need 2 monitors!

I have a summer digital monitor (not a video) and a BebeSounds Angelcare monitor. I don't have a feedback problem with them together. However, I do notice a feedback problem if i have them too close to the computer monitor or television set.

Hi J.. All you have to do is turn them to different channels. I have 2 graco baby monitors, one in each bedroom. I have one turned to channel 3 and one to channel 1 and have both listeners right next to my bed. I haven't had any problem w/ them. You may have to just search the channels to see which ones will work together. Good luck.

We have Evenflo monitors, two channels, so I have one room on my side of the bed and my husband has the other room on his side of the bed. They don't feed back usually.

I don't know about this, and you probably already tried, but could you set one to setting A and the other to setting B?

We have three monitors (three different brands) in our master bedroom. It took much patience to find different plugs and setting and angling each monitor "just so" so that they don't interefere with each other. It can be done, but it takes lots of patience and practice. Good luck!

J.,
I had the same problem. Graco actually makes a monitor that works for two rooms. It has two sets (one for each baby room) and then a receiver (or two depending on which you buy) and the receiver switches every 10 sec, 30 sec, 1 minute or 2 minutes between the rooms. You can choose which setting you want. I have it switching between the rooms every 30 seconds and it's awesome. That way you only have one receiver and don't have to find two plugs etc. Got mine at babies-r-Us.

I'm not knowledgeable on this but can't you change channels, mine has an A and a B option for different radio waves.

I don't know if this will work, but I have a Sony babycall and it has different channels you can put it on. Maybe get 2 of the same type of monitors and put it on diff channels? I love the babycall- works GREAT.

They will not work together because of radio frquencies. I called the company. I have a Graco monitor w/ my 3 yr old and I can hear a pin drop on that one. What I did is went and bought a two room monitor at babies r us and only used one receiver-you have to set it on the continuous mode and I just kept the other monitor for my 3 yr old which she already had in her room. Now the two room monitor is not quite as clear as the Graco, but it does the job. Hope this helps. L.:)

I think you can buy another video monitor- and keep it on one child, channel A then when you want to see the other child switch to Channel B.

I agree with others...they make monitors that you only need one receiver and it has 2 monitors. We have a Safety First video one like that, but there are lots...

As someone else said, you can make it work with patience. The first thing is to plug them into different outlets. The second thing is to try to angle the antenna in a different direction (if one is pointing up, lay the other one flat). The third thing you can do is to make a "shield" out of aluminum foil and put around the monitors. It will block out some of the extraneous radio waves.
Good luck!

Hello. I had the same problem. I went through a couple different ones to see which ones worked best together. I ended up with a Fisher Price. I bought these a few years ago, so I don't know if they still have the same ones. But I just bought a few different ones, took them home and tried them. One does need to be on A and one on B. The part that you listen through, the two of those needed to be separate, like one on one side of the kitchen and one on the other. They can't be too close to each other.
