Seeking a Dance and Ballet Class in the Roswell Area.

I live in Roswell and my 4 year old attends Tolbert Yilmaz School of Dance off of Hwy 9 (near Holcomb Bridge intersection). She loves it and this is her second year of tap/ballet. Another option is the Roswell Rec's dance classes. They aren't as "technique" oriented for that age group, but they are fun (I have a number of friends who have daughters enrolled there as well). Both have end of the year recitals at the performing arts center. There is also a small dance studio near Mangia Pizza (Crabapple area). I don't know the name, but have heard several people talk about it. Hope that helps.

I'm not sure where you live in Roswell but if you live on the East side of GA400 there is a very good ballet school located at the intersection of Holcomb Bridge Rd. and Nesbit Ferry. If traveling East (away from GA400 toward Norcross) it would be on your right side just after the intersection in a strip mall with an Italian restaurant. Wish I could remember the name but it is definitely worth looking into.

I don't know about the Roswell area, but there is a great school in Smyrna, called Smyrna School of Ballet. Cynthia McCrainie is the director and she is wonderful. They have a website if you'd like to check it out. www.smyrnaballet.com It's in downtown Smyrna on the square.

I just got a flyer from MyGym - they have an open house this weekend and a ballet class (with recitals) for 3-6 yr olds.
